Hello,
Happy Holidays!
I hope you’re doing well. Let me keep doing what I’ve been doing every year.
The year that is about to end! Looking back on the year 2025!
I want to do the same thing now that I’ve been doing for the past few years: writing to you and reviewing how the year went.
I’ve been doing this for a long time, and I always want to talk about our successes and big events from the past year. Now is the moment to be grateful for what life brings you and how you deal with the changes in the world. Now is the moment to say thank you for all the help you’ve given me, my staff, and my family in their personal, professional, and social lives.
“Sometimes we make choices, but most of the time, the choices make us,” as they say. In many ways, this year taught us the same thing!
It’s time to think over the year that just passed as we get closer to the end of this year.
I’ll start with the personal side:
On a personal level, I’ve kept writing articles, going on adventure tours, and doing a lot of other things. This year, I set out to ride my bike to Ladakh on the world’s highest motorable road, and I did it. It has been in the works for a long time. I was finally able to do it this year. The trip was amazing, with beautiful views of Ladakh, the 22 U-bends, the stunning Pangong Tso Lake, and most importantly, meeting the royal family of Baltistan and visiting India’s last village. You can read my travelogue here

I went to Hingoli, my hometown, more often this year than last year. It was fantastic to reconnect with old friends, schoolmates, and family.
My fitness quest has continued, and I have been more consistent with my good diet and exercise routines, with all the criteria in check. This year, I’m getting closer to my objective, and I might reach it totally by next year.
I also kept up with my hobbies, and this year I went to the Tadoba Abdhari Tiger Reserve, where I was lucky enough to see tigers, bison, deer, and wild boars.
On the social front, our NGO Quantum Foundation reached several important goals. We reached “Mission One Million,” which was about getting one million Indians to understand their feelings. Free emotional literacy classes that talk about how emotions affect our daily lives. We set up free seminars in different nations for different businesses, government agencies, NGOs, and ministries.
1. The podcast “Emotionally Yours with Pratik” has been around for more than a year and is available on more than 10 platforms, including Amazon, YouTube, Spotify, and others. As I write this, my channel is set to reach 34,000 followers. I’m really delighted that we’ve been able to learn interesting things about prominent people from a variety of fields, including business, entertainment, the social sector, sports, law, corporations, and finance. These people have had an impact on others and will soon be on their way.

2. We’ve also been able to bring “Emotional Intelligence Awareness” sessions into a number of schools and institutions.
The second project, called Project Dharohar (which means “history and legacy we carry”), helped us do the following:
1. Recognise: This year, we honour the famous historians with the Late Shri Prakashchandra SURANA awards in the following categories:
a. Dr. Shraddha Kumbhojkar was given the Late Shri Prakashchandra SURANA Senior Historian Award.
b. The Shri Prakashchandra SURANA Digital Historian Award went to Mr Kevin Standage, the British National and first ever recipient of non Indian origin. His blogs, photography and videos of Indian Archeological Sites have been a phenomenal contribution to the world of History and archeology.
2. Inspire:
In this part, we want schools, colleges, and universities to start history clubs where young people can learn about history through stories, trips to historical sites, research, and other activities.
3. Support:
As part of the Quantum Fellowship for students who are getting their Ph.D. in history, we give money to students through the “Late Shri Prakashchandra SURANA Scholarship.” We made a deal with Deccan College.

On the job front, the year has been terrific. Quantum Infotrainers and Consultants Private Limited in India has had good sales and is set to close 42% higher than the previous Financial Year. We got 50 new customers and taught them classes in IT skills, soft skills, life skills, coaching, and cross-cultural sensitivity.
The Singaporean company “Quantum Trainings Pte Ltd.” has done well at keeping and getting big clients in the IT, BPO, and pharmaceutical industries around the world. We have got a huge client for our training services. They are one of the top financial consulting firms in APAC. We will soon leave our mark in the GCC and MENA regions, as well as in APAC.
The trip never ends, but it keeps moving forward, reaching new goals, getting over obstacles, and making sure that it is fun. Only with the help of people close to me, like you, can this happen. The family, friends, coworkers, clients, and everyone else who has been a part of the journey has made it more joyful in ways that words can’t fully explain.
The search never ends, but it becomes better as you accomplish new milestones, overcome new obstacles, and make sure the journey is pleasurable. Only you and people close to you can make this happen. The family, friends, coworkers, clients, and everyone else who has been there can’t thank you enough. Having you there has made the trip easier.
As this year comes to a close and the new year begins, it’s a good time to think on all the good things that have happened to us so far and be ready for all the good things that the new year will bring.
As we get closer to saying goodbye to the old year and entering the new year 2026, it’s time to be thankful for everything life has given us and be ready to welcome the New Year with hope, enthusiasm, and, most importantly, optimism!
Happy holidays to everyone! And a very happy New Year 2026 to you all!
Best wishes
Pratik P. SURANA
